June 3rd,2006,Sonya took her daughter haylee,and son Thomas to a relative's home for a barbeque,and swimming. Around 4:00 p.m. Sonya told Haylee it was time for her to get out of the pool,as Haylee's little brother needed his wet clothes and diaper changed.Haylee begged her mother to let her swim for just 10 more minutes.Haylee's,step-grandmother told Haylee's mother that she would watch Haylee.
